Christopher A. York, M.D. - Otolaryngologist
Dr Christopher York is an ENT (Ears, Nose and Throat) physician practicing in the San Antonio area since 2015. He completed training in
Ears, Nose, and Throat Surgery in June 2015 at UT Southwestern in Dallas, TX. He completed medical school in 2010 at
UT Medical Branch in Galveston, TX, graduating first in his class and named an
Osler Student Scholar.
Prior to his medical career, Dr York graduated from Texas A&M University in 2006 with
dual degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Spanish. Midway through his time at Texas A&M, Dr York studied Spanish in Ecuador for 9 months.
Of those months, 5 were spent in the rainforest working at a missionary hospital.
Having grown up on a farm in North Texas, he graduated from the Texas Academy of Math and Science in 2002.
Dr York is proficient in all aspects of ENT, from complex ear surgery to image-guided sinus surgery. He maintains a particular interest in
Thyroid and Parathyroid surgery, dedicating himself to an ongoing education to stay on the cutting edge of modern medical knowledge. He sees adults and children at the Medical Center location and is fluent in Spanish.
